If you only see
"Local Folders"
and "Outgoing SMTP Server" in the panel on the
left side then skip to Step 4.
Otherwise, click on "Server".

Type: POP Mail Server
Server Name: pop.rtcol.com
User Name: should be your user
name only, not your entire e-mail address.
Port: 110
Check messages every __ minutes: should have a
check in it. We recommend that 10 minutes is filled in here, but you can
change it to whatever you prefer.
Automatically
download any new messages: should also be checked.
No
other boxes should be checked.
If
any of these settings are wrong, click on "Delete"
and proceed to Step 4 to create a new
account.
If "Server
Settings" are correct,
click on the line above "Server"
(in this example it is "support on pop.rtcol.com...")
and proceed to Step 3.
